No, you cannot resit A-Levels in November.

Following reforms by the Department for Education, the November exam series is exclusively reserved for GCSE Mathematics and GCSE English Language. All A-Level exams (AQA, Edexcel, OCR) only take place once a year, during the standard May/June summer series.
